Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

As the petitioners have a remedy of preferring a revision against the impugned order, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a Revision Application before the Sessions Court. The learned counsel also submits that, since the petitioners are the Senior Citizens based at Bangalore, some interim protection be granted to the petitioners, till the petitioners approach the Revisional Court.
