Mr. S.S. Shaikh, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment to amend the writ petition so as to lay a challenge to the order taking cognizance. However, in view of the fact that now a judicial order has been passed by the Court concerned taking cognizance of the offence, the petitioner is required to approach the Jurisdictional Court by filing a fresh writ petition. 2.

Therefore, Criminal Writ Petition No.5043 of 2025 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised, to challenge the order taking cognizance or any other further order passed by the Court concerned.
