However, after referring to certain documents on record, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail of remedy as available to them in law.

Writ Petition No. 5072 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
