However, after arguing for some time, Mr. Sachin Desai, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate time, if need so arises. 2.

Writ Petition No. 5083 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
