1) Learned A.P.P. states that in this case, the chargesheet is already filed. The prayer is for directions to Respondent No.1-State of Maharashtra to carry out/conduct a fair, proper and impartial investigation into the FIR No.1017 of 2020, registered at Mumbra Police Station, for offences punishable under Sections498-A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3) When we expressed our opinion, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, does not press this Petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of.
4) If the First Informant has any apprehension regarding her security and she has any apprehension to appear in the Court in any proceeding, the Police Authority shall look into in her grievances.
