The grievance of the petitioners in these petitions is that though the learned Magistrate has heard the applications seeking permission to travel abroad on 9th September 2025, yet, the learned Magistrate has not passed the orders.

The petitions were listed before this Court on 3rd October 2025. The matters came to be adjourned today, as on that day the applications were listed before the learned Magistrate for passing varsha

The learned counsel for the petitioners informs the Court that the applications have now been adjourned to 9th October 2025. A copy of the daily status report is tendered for the perusal of the Court. 5.

Since the learned Magistrate has heard the applications to travel abroad, which are often time sensitive, the learned Magistrate is requested to pass the order in accordance with law on 9th October 2025, without fail.
