SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI

CORAM:

N. J. JAMADAR, J.

DATED:

3rd OCTOBER, 2025 SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2025.10.04 11:51:20 +0530 PC:- 1.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner 2.

A limited prayer in this petition is to hear and decide the Criminal Appeal No.54 of 2023 expeditiously. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner invites the attention of the Court to the Roznama of the proceeding before the Appellate Court. It appears that, the appeal was heard and reserved for judgment. However, for some reason, the judgment was not delivered. The appeal has again been posted for hearing. 4.

Thus, having regard to the progress of the appeal before the Appellate Court, especially the fact that, the appeal was once heard and reserved for judgment, the prayer for an expeditious hearing appears justifiable.
