Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by an order of issue of Non Bailable Warrant against the Petitioner, passed on 1st February 2023. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.10.08 18:14:10 +0530 Petitioner was not sent for trial. Attention of the Court was invited to the copy of the Report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, wherein the Petitioner is shown an absconding accused. Liberty was sought to file a supplementary charge-sheet against the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a grievance that, the learned Magistrate did not entertain the Application sought to be tendered by the Petitioner seeking cancellation of the NBW. 5.

Let the Petitioner appear before the learned Magistrate and file an Application for cancellation of NBW, within a period of two weeks from today.

6.

In the event, the Petitioner appears and file such application before the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

7.

In the meanwhile, the execution and operation of the NBW (Exhibit "O" to the Petition) stands stayed.

8.

Petition disposed.
