The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: - "a) Rule be issued.

b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions and direct the Respondents to 3 to 7 to transfer the investigation of CR. No.62/2024 or case No.510/PW/24 from Respondent No.2 to Crime PI or any further investigation agency of concerned Department and then to investigate the said complaint in accordance with law.

c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions and direct the Respondents No.3 to 7 take cognizance and supervise the investigation of crime No.62/2024, Case No.510/PW/24 and to further direct to file report of further investigation, according to law.

d) Any other order may be passed in favour of Petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Dr. Uday P. Warunjikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to avail of appropriate remedy as available to the petitioner in law. 3.

Writ Petition No. 5177 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
