Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction as the application filed by the petitioner - accused to travel abroad has been adjourned to 17th October, 2025. The petitioner is scheduled to travel abroad from 9th October, 2025 to 12th October, 2025.

The order to defer the hearing of the application to 17th October, 2025, would render the application infructuous. 1/2

The learned Special Judge is, therefore, requested to prepone the date of hearing of the application to travel abroad and hear it on 6th October, 2025 and pass an appropriate order. 5.
It is clarified that this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter and the learned Special Judge may decide the application on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
The petition stands disposed.
