The petitioner prays for the following reliefs:- "(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the criminal proceeding being Sessions Case No.485 of 2020 before Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune arising out of F.I.R. No.15 of 2020 registered with Chikhali Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;

b) pending the hearing and final disposal of this Criminal Writ Petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay all the further proceeding of Sessions Case No.485 of 2020 before Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune arising out of F.I.R. No.15 of 2020 registered with Chikhali Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860:

c) interim/ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) above be granted;

(d) to pass any such other and further orders as your Lordship deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. J.P. Yagnik, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned.

3. In view thereof and considering Rule 2(II)(h) under Chapter I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition/application, if so advised.
