The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent-Authority to lodge a criminal case under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. On the basis of her complaint lodged on 12th August 2025, the petitioner seeks to invoke jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Mrs. G.P. Mulekar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws attention of this Court to the communication dated 21st August 2025 made to the petitioner (at running page no.70 of the paper book) whereunder she was informed by the Child Welfare Officer from the Women Protection Cell that in the course of interrogation both the children of the petitioner did not make any grievance or allegation as sought to be made by the petitioner in her complaint dated 12th August 2025. While so, Writ Petition No.5259 of 2025 is dismissed.
