The respondent no.2-complainant is present in the Court. A copy of the consent affidavit on behalf of the respondent no.2 is tendered in the Court. The consent affidavit has been signed by the respondent no.2 and identified by Mr. Swatesh Tripathi, the learned counsel. The consent affidavit is taken on record. The respondent no.2-complainant states that she has signed the consent affidavit on 9th October 2025 without any pressure, coercion or allurement. 2.

At this stage, Mr. S. V. Gavand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor apprises this Court that a proclamation was issued against the petitioner and an order under section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has also been passed. Mr. Ashok M. Saraogi, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that challenging

Having regard to the pending proceeding in the said writ petition, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention the matter before the jurisdictional Court for an early hearing.
