P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from the Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), Mumbai submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 8th December, 2025, the statement of the Petitioner has been recorded by the concerned Authority. That, a crime bearing No.252 of 2025 under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 has been registered with Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai.

1.1) The said crime has now been transferred for further investigation to DCB CID Unit-2, Mumbai and is renumbered as Crime No.125 of 2025. The said crime is being investigated by P.I. Mr. Ravindra Manjare attached to DCB CID Unit No.2. She tendered across the bar a 1/2

ssm 2 59-Wp.5319.2025.doc communication received by the office of Public Prosecutor dated 19th December, 2025, duly signed by the Joint Police Commissioner, (Crime) Mumbai. The same is taken on record.

2) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today, does not survive.

3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
