Mr. Pandey, the learned counsel for the respondents, submits that in the petition the petitioner has made false and incorrect assertions. The complaint could not be proceeded with, as it was stayed by the High Court for nine years. The petitioner has not made any application before the learned Magistrate for expeditious hearing of the complaint. 3.

The petitioner is stated to be 73 years of age. The instant varsha
