It is stated that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned and now the matter is posted for framing of charge. 2.

In view of the above, Mr. Pavan Sanjay Ghatkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional single Judge by filing appropriate petition challenging the order taking cognizance and/or any other further order passed by the Court. 3.

Writ Petition No.5358 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. All contentions are kept open.
