A praecipe dated 7th March 2026 has been moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 8th December 2025. Although there are errors in the writ petition, since this is a matter of quashing the First Information Report and consequential proceedings by consent of the respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, the following corrections be carried out in the order dated 8th December 2025:

(i) The names of the petitioners in the cause title of the said order shall be corrected to read as under: 1/2 904-WP-5384-2025-Speaking to Minutes Order.doc Dixit

"Intekhab Abbas Shaikh" (Petitioner No.1) "Abbas Ismail Shaikh" (Petitioner No.2) "Nilam Mohammad Abbas Shaikh" (Petitioner No.3) (ii) The name of the police station appearing in the cause title and in prayer clause (a) of the petition as also in paragraph no.2 of the order shall be corrected to read as "Kashimira Police Station" instead of 'Mira Road Police Station'.

(iii) The 'RCC No.21 of 2025' mentioned in paragraph no.2 of the said order shall be corrected to read as "R.C.C. Case No.4536 of 2024".

The order dated 8th December 2025 stands corrected in the aforesaid terms and the corrected order be uploaded on the website.
