Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the learned Magistrate has issued bailable warrants against the petitioners. 3.

The petitioners will, however, appear before the learned Magistrate tomorrow through Advocate and seek cancellation of bailable warrants.

This Court has perused the impugned orders. Prima facie, the order of issue of process even does not indicate the offences for the commission of which the process has been issued. 5.

In these circumstances, post the matter on 6th November 2025, High on Board.

In the meanwhile, if the petitioners appear before the learned Magistrate through Advocate and file an application for cancellation of bailable warrants, the learned Magistrate shall pass an appropriate order thereon in accordance with law.
