The Petitioner, father of Faisal Mohd. lodged a missing complaint with Mudhwa Police Station on 11/03/2025, since his son went missing on 10/03/2025, by forwarding a message expressing his apologies and thereafter his phone was found switched of. Every attempt was made by the father to search for his son, but it was not of any avail.

One dead body was found upon the missing complaint being filed and ADR being registered, the DNA analysis was carried out of the sternum bone of Faisal Mohd. and the report produced by 1/2

905-WP-5500-2025.odt the Regional Forensics Science Laboratory, dated 11/12/2025, establish that bones/remains of the body which were traced are of Shah Faisal Mahamad Salim Khan, as they matched with that of the Petitioner establishing that he is his biological son. With this clue being traced, it is for the Investigating Officer to conclude the enquiry in the ADR and take appropriate steps. We expect the Wanawadi Police station to continue its proceedings and do not keep the Petitioner in the loophole and apprise him of the development as and when they gather any information.
