Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The challenge in these Petitions is to orders dated 3 April 2024 of issue of process against the Petitioner for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The Petitioner had filed applications for recall of the issue process orders. By orders dated 24 July 2025, the said applications came to be rejected by the learned Magistrate as the learned Magistrate has no jurisdiction to recall the order of issuance of process. 4.
The orders passed by the learned Magistrate are impeccable. SSP 1/2

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions with liberty to file revision application before the learned Sessions Judge assailing the orders of issue of process dated 3 April 2024.

The Writ Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
The time spent by the Petitioner in prosecuting these petitions be accounted for under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, in case the question of limitation arises.
