Ms. Shraddha Pawar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that pursuant to the Order dated 7th November 2025, cheque of Rs.2,60,000/- dated 17th November 2025 has been issued in favour of the Registrar, High Court (Appellate Side), Bombay, by the Petitioner, however, the said cheque was dishonoured. She states that the Petitioner has brought Demand Draft of Rs.2,60,000/- issued in favour of the Registrar, High Court (Appellate Side), Bombay. On instructions of the Petitioner she further states that the Petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs.2,500/- as cost to the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. The said statement made by the Petitioner is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.
