This Petition takes exception to the order dated 20th May 2025 passed by the Family Court, Pune, below Exhibit 7 in PE No.159/2023 in respect of interim maintenance.

The parties, without prejudice to their rights and contentions in the main matter pending before the Family Court, have filed consent terms in respect of the interim maintenance. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The consent terms are signed by the parties and their respective advocates. The parties, who are present before the court, admit contents of the consent terms. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Mugdha

Needless to mention that the order impugned shall stand modified to the extent of interim maintenance mentioned in the consent terms. 5.

The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as an undertaking to this court.
