Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The Petitioner has assailed an order passed by the learned Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai, on 2nd February 2024, thereby issuing process against the Petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 464, 467, 468, 471, 506 read with 120 B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, before the Court of Sessions in Revision Application No. 205 of 2025.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits the learned ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Sessions Judge has not entertained the prayer for stay to the execution ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.11.10 11:13:13 +0530 and operation as the order dated 2nd February 2024 passed by the learned Magistrate. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner invites 1/2

Without delving into the correctness of aforesaid submissions, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to hear the Application for stay to the order impugned before the Court of Sessions in Criminal Revision Application No.205 of 2025 on 5th December 2025, positively. 5.
