Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner who is facing prosecution in PW/0001081/2017 for the offences punishable under Section 507, 509, 506(2), 201 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 and 67 of the Information Technology Act 2005, seeks a direction for expedite hearing and conclusion of the trial in RCC No. 1081 of 2017. 3.

From the perusal roznama in PW/0001081/2017 it appears that the case is part-heard and summons has been issued to the witnesses. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 4.

Having regard to the time lag and fact that the case is part-heard, ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.11.10 11:13:09 +0530 the prayer for a direction for expedite hearing of RCC No. 1081 of 2017 appears to be justifiable.

Hence the Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Magistrate, 65th Court, Andheri, to hear and decide the PW/0001081/2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of communication of this order. 6.
