The relief sought in the Writ Petition is expeditious hearing of Criminal Appeal No.324 of 2025 which is pending before learned Sessions Court at Dindosi, Borivali Division, Mumbai. 2.
Mr. Ambedkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners fairly states that, Application is not filed before the learned Sessions Court seeking expeditious hearing of said Criminal Appeal No.324 of 2025.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to file an appropriate Application before

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the prayers in the Petition and all contentions of both the parties are expressely kept open.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of subject to above liberty.
