1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. R.D. Toradmal, A.P.I. attached to Mumbra Police Station, Thane submitted that, in pursuance of the complaint lodged by the Petitioner dated 25th August, 2025, the statement of Petitioner is recorded on 10th November, 2025, which disclosed a cognizable offence under the provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS') and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, ('POCSO') and accordingly a crime bearing No.1800 of 2025 under Sections 74 and 351(2) of the BNS Act and KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE Sections 8 and 12 of the POSCO Act have been registered with Mumbra Police KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE Date: 2025.11.28 17:45:30 +0530 Station, Dist. Thane on 10th November, 2025. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of the said F.I.R.

2) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner is taken care of and the Petition does not survive further.
