In the facts of the case, it is necessary to have the presence of the wife of petitioner before us, as it is the case of the petitioner that the children have been removed from his custody by respondent no.2, with whom his wife shared some relationship.

Liberty granted to implead Ms.Ritika Singh as a party respondent.

Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of three days from today.

Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to respondent no.2 and 3, by making it returnable on 25/11/2025. 3.
