As directed by earlier order, the report giving status of the son of the Petitioner is placed before us. The report dated 12th November, 2025, indicates that the mother has now admitted Huzefa in 'Asha Ki Kiran Foundation', Village - Waje, Taluka Panvel, for treatment. The statement of Bashir Afsar Qureshi, who runs the Center is also recorded and he has categorically stated that Huzefa is addicted to drug and this is so revealed from the blood test that has been carried out. It is also disclosed that he is

2/2 908 WP-5635-25.odt mentally disturbed and may indulge in causing harm to himself and he is under treatment in the said Center. The report tendered before us is taken on record, which also includes the report from the Pathology and Diagnostic Lab.

Since the learned counsel for the Petitioner insists that he may be permitted to visit his son and interact with him, we permit him to do so and direct that the De-addiction Center shall permit Huzefa to be visited by the Petitioner, as per the schedule of the patients in the said Center.
