DATE : 18th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- In the wake of the directions issued on 12/11/2025, the learned counsel has placed an affidavit before us making a grievance that Asha Ki Kiran Foundation where his son is admitted, has not permitting him to see his child and we find the behaviour little strange, as we already directed that the visit shall be as per the Schedule of the patients in the Centre. We therefore, direct the Investigating Officer to render necessary assistance to the petitioner by arranging a meeting, or else, we will be constrained to summon those in helm of the affairs of the de-addiction Centre.
