The petitioners pray for the following reliefs: - "a.

Rule be issued.

By an appropriate writ, order, direction issued by this Hon'ble Court, initially the Respondent Registered FIR No.0697 of 2025 on 18/09/2025 for offence allegedly under Sections 3, 8(1), 8(4) of The Maharashtra Prohibition of Obscene Dance in hotel Restaurants and bar Room and Protection of Dignity of women (Working therein) Act, 2016 and 3 (5), 223 Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and presently investigation accomplished and final report will be filled before trial court Vikhroli, Dist. Mumbai Suburban may be quashed and set aside against above named petitioner No.1 to 12. c.

That pending hearing and final disposal of the present petitioner, all the further proceedings/investigation in FIR No.0697 of 2025 dated 18/09/2025, may kindly be stayed. d.

For interim and ad interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (c) above may be granted.

For such and other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with

PDP 909-Cri.WP-5636-2025.doc liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court at an appropriate stage.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 5636 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
