The petition is filed seeking directions to trace the missing children, one of them being biological child of the petitioner as it is alleged that the mother took away the children, and their whereabouts are not known.

Pursuant to the notice issued, the mother, along with the two minor children, is present in the Court and she has refused to divulge her location / residential address.

As we dispose of the Writ Petition, we direct the petitioner as well as the mother of the children who is not the party to the proceedings but who has marked her presence before us, to mark their presence before Mr. D.P. Mane, PSI, Kasturba Marg Police Station, Borivali (East), tomorrow between 11.00 a.m to 12.00 noon. Thereafter, with his assistance there shall be decision about a Ashish
2/2 12 WP 5647-25.doc common place and a convenient time for the father to meet the children and it may be a neutral place other than the residence of both of them.
Mr. Mane, PSI, Kasturba Marg Police Station, shall ensure that some amicable arrangement is workedout as per the convenience of the parties.
When the petitioner report to the Police Officer, she shall be accompanied by the children.
