Issue notice to the respondent no.2 to be served through the Officer In-charge of Kurar Police Station, Mumbai within four weeks. 2.

In the meantime, one of the petitioners representing all of them shall appear before the Mediator at the Mediation Centre, High Court, Mumbai on 12th December 2025. The petitioners on that date shall pay Rs.20,000/- to the respondent no.2 for her legal expenses. 3.

Till then, further proceedings in connection to First Information Report No.0722 of 2025 dated 12th September 2025 registered at Kurar Police Station, Mumbai shall remain stayed. 4.

Post the matter on 24th December 2025.
