The petitioners pray for the following relief: - "a) Rule be issued and record and proceedings be called for; b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate Writ or any other appropriate order/direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 and also u/sec. 482 of Criminal Procedure Code/528 of B.N.S.S. Act 2023, thereby seeking to quash and set aside the CR. No. 0389 of 2025, registered with Kashimira Police Station, Tal Thane, Dist. Thane, dated 04.09.2025 for the Offencnes punishable U/s. 110, 296, 125 (A), 54, 49 & 3(5) of B.N.S. Act 2023 against the Petitioner"

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
