Though the petition has arraigned five private persons as respondents, learned counsel representing respondent no.2, Mr. Sameer Nerekar, is under instructions to state that the minor children, of whom he is a biological father, are with him. She seeks some time to file affidavit in reply as she states that the children are being well taken care of.

Let the affidavit be filed within a period of one week from today.
