After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Vaibhav Punekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition. He submits that the learned Magistrate has heard the Petitioners (under Section 226 / 227 of the BNSS, 2023) and reserved the matter for orders on 9th March, 2026 2.

Mr. Vaibhav Punekar states that the Petitioner has raised all the objections on merits as well as on maintainability of the said proceedings before the learned Magistrate. He therefore submits that in the event of any adverse order, all contentions of the Arjun

Mrs. P. P. Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent - State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Vaibhav Punekar. 4.

In view of the request made by Mr. Vaibhav Punekar, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty as prayed for. All contentions are kept open.
