The petitioner prays for the following reliefs:- "(a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of certiorari and/or any other appropriate writ, order and/or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby calling for the records and proceedings concerning FIR No.165 of 2024 registered with Uttamnagar Police Station, Pune and may be further pleased to quash and set aside the same, in the exercise of powers vested with this Hon'ble Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India;

(b) pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings concerning being FIR No. 165 of 2024 registered with Uttamnagar Police Station, Pune; (c) interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (b) above; (d) cost of the petition be provided for;

(e) any other further and/or direction be given as the nature and circumstances of the case may require;"

Mr. K. V. Saste, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned.

3. In view thereof and considering Rule 2(II)(h) under Chapter I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition/application, if so advised.
