The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the minor child of the Petitioner has been taken away from his custody by Respondent No.3 and in spite of making complaints, his whereabout are not traced. The Petitioner has filed complaint on 13th October 2025 to the Senior Police Inspector, Tilak Nagar, Dombivali (East) and one more complaint is filed on 19th October 2025 to the Respondent No.2. However, till date, his child is not returned to him. According to him, the child is missing his school and his school has already commenced from 29th October 2025. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14th November 2025.
