DATED : 17th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The learned Counsel Mr. Khaire is under instructions to waive notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 to 7 as he seek two weeks time to file his affidavit-in-reply responding to the Petition to seek production of the minor child and to restore the custody to the Petitioner. 2) The learned Senior Counsel Mr. Kadam on behalf of his client, make a request that he may be permitted to see the child and this request is fairly acceded to by the learned Counsel representing the Respondent Nos.3 to 7 and he has agreed that access of the child shall be provided to the Petitioner on Thursday i.e., 20/11/2025 between 03:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. at the residence of Respondent No.3. The same arrangement shall continue in 1/2
