CHANDAK, JJ DATED : 12th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- Mr.Rishi Bhuta, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seek permission to delete paragraph no.11 in the petition which contain a statement that no other petition is filed as he clarify that Writ Petition No. 5137/2025 is pending before the First Court.

We permit the deletion by effecting necessary amendment as ultimately it is for the petitioner to plead his case, but let the counsel be mindful that he will take the consequences of such deletion.
