DATED : 17th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The bone of contention arising between the parties is as regards production of the Petitioner within 24 hours from the date of his arrest as, according to the prosecution, his arrest is effected at 18:09 hours on 02/09/2025 whereas it is the case of the Petitioner that, his arrest is at 01:30 p.m. on 02/09/2025 and therefore, his production at 01:55 p.m. is beyond the prescribed period of 24 hours.

2) The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seek time to produce before us the intimation forwarded to his wife in regards his arrest which she has not inadvertently annexed to the Petition. 1/2
