By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction directing the quashing of FIR being FIR No.0281 of 2025 registered by the respondent no.1 at the instance of the respondent no.2 registered under the provisions of section 79 of B.N.S. on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

b) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, all further proceedings in respect of FIR No.0281 of 2025 registered by the respondent no.1 at the instance of the respondent no.2 registered under the provisions of section 79 of B.N.S. be stayed on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

c) That interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer (b) above. d) That cost of this petition be provided for."

Mr. Siddharth Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available to the petitioner under the law.

Writ Petition No.5763 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
