The petitioners pray for the following reliefs: - "(a) This Hon'ble Court may, by way of appropriate Order or direction, Quash and set aside FIR No. 61/2022 Registered at Wanawdi Police Station along with Chargesheet against the Petitioners;

(b) This Hon'ble Court may, by way of appropriate Order or direction, Quash and set aside Summons dated 28.07.2025, issued by 3rd Joint Judicial Magistrate, JMFC Cantonment, Pune; (c) Till the decision of present writ Petition all the proceedings arising out of FIR No. 61/2022 Registered at Wanawdi Police Station, Pune Be stayed;

(d) Ad Interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b); (e) All other just and necessary Orders may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioners."

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned. 3.

In view thereof, Mr. Vipul Dada Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order taking cognizance or further orders passed by the Court concerned.

Writ Petition No. 5776 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
