Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

These three petitions are placed for quashing of the FIR which is same, hence I pass common order in these three petitions. 3.
By these petitions, the Petitioners are seeking for quashing of the FIR registered against the Petitioners.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 that matter is settled out of the Court and Respondent No.2 has no objection to quash the FIR. 5.
Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has tendered affidavit of Respondent No.2. It is taken on record.

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 7.
I have heard both learned counsel. The offence under sections 108, 143, 144, 147, 149, 323, 324, 341, 427, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act are registered against the Petitioners at Hinjewadi Police Station in C.R, No. 712 of 2020. As matter is settled between both the parties, I pass following order:
ORDER
(i) Writ Petitions are allowed.
(ii) The FIR dated 17/12/2020 bearing C.R. No.712 of 2020 registered with Hinjewadi Police Station for the offence under Sections 108, 143, 144, 147, 149, 323, 324, 341, 427, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act is quashed and set aside.
(iii) Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
