The petitioner seeks the following relief: - "(a) That petition may kindly be allowed and appropriate Writ, Order of direction may kindly be passed & C. C. No. PW/55/2024 pending before 40th J.M.F.C. Court at Girgaon, Mumbai and Chargesheet therein arising out of FIR being No. 436 of 2022, registered at Gamdevi Police Station under Sections U/s. 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 511 of Indian Penal Code may kindly be quashed and the petitioner/accused be acquitted."

The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the cognizance of the offences has been taken on 5th February 2024. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order taking cognizance or any further orders passed by the Court concerned. 4.

Writ Petition No. 5785 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
