The petitioners pray for the following relief: - "a) That this Hon'ble Court bepleased to issue appropriate order thereby to quash and set aside FIR No. 258 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024 and Charge sheet No. 204 of 2024 dated 17.04.2024 and Regular Criminal Case No. 508 of 2024 pending on the file of Ld. 1-Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class Ghodnadi, Tal. Shirur Dist. Pune the against the Petitioners being abuse of process of law and for ends of justice." 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the Court concerned has taken cognizance of the offence on 25th September 2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order taking cognizance or any other further order passed by the Court concerned.

Writ Petition No. 5803 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

The Registry shall provide a photocopy of page no. 12 of the paper book (front and back side) to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pune and seek a report from him as to how the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence through a rubber stamp.
