In view of the statement made on behalf of the Investigating Officer which is recorded in the order dated 4th March 2026 that a cognizable offence was not found on the petitioner's complaint, Mr. Altaf Khan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail of remedy as available to him in law. 2.
