2) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Kamble, API attached to Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the directions issued to the State in Para No.35 (iii) to (vii) of the Judgment dated 17th November 2025, 1/2
dtg 1-Wp-5823-2025.doc have been complied with. That, the Respondent No.3 had appeared before the Senior Citizen Tribunal on 21st November 2025 at about 11.00 a.m. and sought adjournment.
3) Record indicates that, the Respondent No.3 has not complied with the directions issued in para No.35 (x) of the said Judgment. 3.1) In order to grant an opportunity to Respondent No.3, stand over to 8th December 2025.
