Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
A limited grievance in this petition is that the learned Magistrate has not passed any order on the Criminal Application preferred by the petitioner under Section 175(3) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for a direction for investigation or to take cognizance of the offences.

The Roznama of the proceedings indicates that the arguments were heard on 25th March 2025 and the application came to be posted for order on 8th April 2025. However, the order has not been passed. 4.
The Court is informed that the Criminal Miscellaneous Application is now scheduled to be listed before the learned Magistrate on 19th November 2025.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the petition stands disposed with a direction to the learned Magistrate to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law on the application as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within four weeks from 19th November 2025. (N.J. JAMADAR, J) varsha
