A limited grievance in this petition is to have expedite hearing of the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner against the externment order dated 13th October 2025. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal has yet not been numbered. The Appellate Authority is requested to number the appeal and hear the same as expeditiously as possible. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 25th November 2025.
