Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an appeal against the order of externment which is impugned in this petition. However, the said appeal has not been numbered and listed for hearing. 3.

Since the petitioner has invoked the remedy of filing appeal, it would be expedient that, the said appeal is decided by the Appellate Authority expeditiously. As a grievance is made that the appeal has not been numbered and listed for hearing, the Appellate Authority is directed to register and list the appeal for hearing on 24th November, 2025.
